Free concerts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 am – 1:00 p.m. in assorted locations in Downtown Round Rock

Are you looking for a livelier-than-usual lunchtime? We invite you to make time for music at our Lunchtime Series in beautiful Downtown Round Rock! For our Fall 2023 season, we are providing a vast variety of music, including bluegrass, country, blues, cumbia, Brazilian choro, jazz, folk and more, more, more!

Dine al fresco at restaurants along East Main Street or bring your own brown bag lunch and enjoy free live lunchtime concerts twice weekly this Fall!

What is a parklet? A small seating area or gathering space created as a public amenity alongside a sidewalk. Downtown Round Rock parklets — with seats, tables, and benches — are located along East Main St. between Mays St. and Sheppard St./Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Way. Plus, there’s a parklet at the Round Rock Public Library between the building and the parking garage.

Come join us for our annual Veterans Day Celebration at Yonders Point Venue in Old Settlers Park on Friday, November 10 starting at 3pm. Our Veterans Day Celebration begins at 3pm with our military & first Responders static vehicle display along with vendors who are Veteran owned businesses, also vendors who will be offering services to our Veterans, family activities, food trucks, LIVE music and more! The City of Round Rock will have our formal ceremony beginning at 5:45pm at Flag Plaza with Round Rock Mayor & City Council Members, Stony Point JROTC, and guest speakers from our military branches.

Immediately following the ceremony, help us continue to celebrate our Veterans with even more live music and food trucks!

Yonders Point and Flag Plaza can be found on the north side of Old Settlers Park, which is located at 3103 Aten Loop.

Heroes Against Hunger Holiday Extravaganza

Backpack Friends, an organization working to address childhood hunger, is hosting a Holiday Extravaganza to help support its mission.

The event at Centennial Plaza will include shopping, food trucks, kids activities, face painting, balloon art and live music with the Alex Winters Band.

Bulls in the Ballpark

The Round Rock Express and Rodeo Austin are proud to announce that “Bulls in the Ballpark,” presented by Lone Star Ag Credit, will be returning to Dell Diamond for the fourth year in a row! The venue will transform from a baseball diamond into a rodeo arena for the two-night bull riding event from Friday, November 10 to Saturday, November 11, complete with fireworks to close out each day and a baseball jersey giveaway to the first 1,000 fans on Saturday.

Born out of a unique collaboration in the fall of 2020, Bulls in the Ballpark is a two-night event that features the toughest bull riders facing off against the rowdiest bulls in PRCA Xtreme Bull Riding inside a rodeo arena built on top of the infield at Dell Diamond. Each night will also include the fan favorite Mutton Bustin’ – young cowboys and cowgirls testing their skills and trying to hold on for eight seconds!

Both nights will showcase 35 top bull riders competing for more than $35,000. Rodeo Austin fans will once again see and hear some familiar faces and voices at Bulls in the Ballpark. Wayne Brooks, award-winning announcer and long-time voice of Rodeo Austin, will be at the mic.

Please note, that children under the age of two do not require a ticket to enter Dell Diamond. Private suites and hospitality areas are available for both nights of Bulls in the Ballpark. Please email tickets@rrexpress.com for more details.

Holiday Bazaar Arts and Crafts Show

The City of Round Rock’s Clay Madsen Recreation Center invites you to the 19th Annual Rockin’ Around the Holidays Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023.

A variety of vendors will be present for you to start shopping for unique and handcrafted items.

Admission is free but please bring a canned food item or boxes of colorful Band-Aids for the Children’s hospital.

Vendor Information

The Holiday Bazaar is an opportunity for local and surrounding city exhibitors and crafters to sell and display their unique, hand-crafted and creative merchandise. This event is hosted by the Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department.

Applications must be submitted through this site and vendors will be contacted on acceptance or denial into show.

Vendors will be required to complete their application online. In order to maintain a variety of vendors, Event Coordinators reserve the right to accept or deny applications based on show needs. Please know that various categories of merchandise will be limited to ensure a quality and well-balanced show. Multi-level/Direct marketing vendors will be allowed to apply for application of booth space at the Holiday Bazaar. Approval for these vendors will be limited. No duplication of Multi-level/Direct marketing booths will be allowed.

Additional services — including table, chair, corner booth and electricity — are available at time of application. These services must be selected and paid for in advance and will not be available for purchase on the day of the show. Electricity is not available for outdoor booths.

Booth applications will be accepted and reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be informed of acceptance/denial into the Holiday Bazaar. Do not assume that submission of application guarantees you a space in the Holiday Bazaar. Approved Booth applications will be contacted for payment. Booths will not be held or reserved without payment. Payment methods include cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
